Case #1
- Go to Tools and click Restore Company
- Find the backup file
- Click → Open
- Click → Yes
Case #2
- Locate W2 Mate Database files
- Copy files
- Open W2 Mate
- Go to Help and click Technical Support
- Find the W2 Mate Database Folder
- Paste copied Database files into this folder
- Click → Company
- Click → Open
- Select correct company to open
