Print Form W2 Copy A

 W2 Mate has the ability to print W2 Copy A data on pre-printed forms
or on blank paper with an SSA approved substitute printing option.
Note: Printing on blank paper is an optional feature

  • Select employee/employees
  • Select type of W2 form to print
    To print on blank paper select Print SSA approved substitute on plain paper
    To print data on a preprinted form select Print Data Only on pre-printed form
  • Click → OK
